Footnotes
SANT' ANTIMO tracked from midpack in the four path, fanned to the seven path entering the lane, yet rallied to bid in upper stretch and drove clear at the furlong grounds. LIAM THE BRAVE broke inwardly, chased from midpack along the inside, shifted to the three path around the turn before moving to the six path entering the lane, tipped wider nearing midstretch and ran on to edge place in the final sixteenth. COYOTE ROAD bumped with an outer foe at the start, chased forwardly two wide and between horses, shifted to the four path entering the lane, chased tipping five wide in midstretch, bid for place between horses in the final furlong but got outkicked. COX CANYON laid off of the pace two wide, rallied between horses in upper stretch, vied for place with an outer pair in the final sixteenth but flattened out late. METATRON'S MUSE laid close up along the inside, stalked into and around the turn, shifted out to the three path in upper stretch, but lacked room to move forward between horses coming to midstretch, steadied in tight at the furlong grounds and kept on mildly among rivals. EL FRANCO vied two wide, led narrowly while shifting out to the four to five path in upper stretch, but got swiftly outkicked by an outer bidder approaching the furlong grounds and faded between horses. MR. PETERKIN trailed along the inside, saved ground, offered a rail chase in upper stretch and lacked a bid. TEMPTED MISSION bumped with an inner rival leaving the gates, vied for the lead with an outer foe around the turn, drifted out to the three to four path while headed in upper stretch and weakened between horses in the final furlong. CALL OF HONOR stalked three wide, but floated to the five path entering the lane and weakened between horses while delaying a lead change in upper stretch.
