Footnotes
HARRODSBURG vied three wide, lead narrowly turning for home, drew clear in upper stretch, drifted outwardly in the closing stages as an outer rival challenged and held. SENIOR OFFICER broke in and bumped a rival at the start, tracked in the five to four path into the turn, shifted out to the six path into upper stretch, rallied and closed in on the clear leader in the final sixteenth, but was herded outwardly by that one and checked reaching the wire. ATTACHE bumped an outer rival at the start, stalked four deep, spun to the five path into the lane, chased the clearing leader in upper stretch but lost place to an outer bidder at the sixteenth pole. MIRACLE WORKER was bumped between horses at the start, tracked three to two wire and between horses, tipped back to the three path into the lane and chased evenly. GOLDBRICK raced forwardly two wide and between horses, advanced to vie around the turn, but failed to keep pace with his outer counterpart in upper stretch, chased and yielded. LINEBACKER leaned into an outer rival at the start and was slow to recover, laid off of the pace in the three path, fanned to the six path into the lane and lacked a bid. HOUSE UNITED broke slowly, laid well back along the inside, moved out to the three path around the turn and failed to factor. GOLD SWEEP broke a beat slow, pursued from the two path, then in the five path into the lane before floating wider in upper stretch, and failed to factor. THOUGHTTHATCOUNTS trailed in teh two path and made little impact. BIG HAMMER broke outwardly and got outrun in the four path. NOTAH was bumped by an inner rival at the start, moved closer two wide and between horses to chase from midpack around the turn, and tired. JUSTIFREAK vied for the lead with an outer pair around the turn, but weakened in upper stretch. THE RIDER OF SENIOR OFFICER CLAIMED FOUL AGAINST HARRODSBURG ALLEGING INTERFERENCE NEARING THE WIRE, BUT THE OBJECTION WAS DISALLOWED BY THE STEWARDS.
