LITIGATION eased back from between horses early on, tracked two wide, shifted out to the four path into the lane, rallied to assume command in midstretch and held sway under mild urging. CAIRO CAPER shuffled back from between rivals in the opening stages, tracked along the inside, moved out while pursuing in upper stretch, tipped to the five path to aim outside of the new leader in midstretch and ran on well to be second best. CLASSY WAR set the pace inside of a prompting foe, inched free in upper stretch but proved no match for an outer rival in midstretch, gave way and lasted for show. HIT THAT REVIEW (IRE) took back between rivals soon after the start, trailed along the inside, moved out to the four to five path in upper stretch and failed to factor. POSEIDON'S LAW prompted two wide, failed to sustain pressure in the three path in upper stretch and faded.
