Footnotes
EL DANDI vied for the early lead near the inside and held game to repel bid late and prove best under strong handling. AUSTIN CRUISE settled off the early going, made a good rail bid around the turn through the stretch and finished gamely to the wire. ONE TRUE SHANCE stalked the pace, raced four wide around the far turn and kept on willingly to the wire. SHAN broke awkwardly, raced near the back early, was two to three wide in the lane and moved up mildly. EIGHTY WEST stalked the pace, raced three wide into the upper stretch, went wrong at the sixteenth pole, faltered late and was taken off of the track in an equine ambulance. MENDELLO broke awkwardly, trailed early on and moved up by faders late. CHARBONNAY pressed two deep from the outside and stopped. ACE IT stalked the pace, raced three to four wide around the far turn and faded. JACKSON'S ROAR raced far back and eased through the stretch, then walked off
