Footnotes
SARANAC LAKE bumped with an inner rival leaving the gate, moved forward to show the way in the four path into the first turn, tucked down the two path around that bend, built a clear advantage around the far turn, then widened under moderate urging. TRES CHIC (ARG) broke a step slow and was forced into an outer rival at the start, stalked close up along the inside, chased shifting outside of the clearing leader around the far turn, then was no match for that one while pulling well clear of the rest. GRACE GIVEN broke outwardly, pursued from midpack in the two path, moved between horses with nine sixteenths to go, chased while getting floated out to the four path by an inner foe around the far turn, lacked a bid before giving way in upper stretch yet safely managed show. FASTA LAVISTA BABY lacked speed in the four path and failed to factor. NO TRUST was bumped between rivals at the start, then saved ground well off of the pace to no avail. FLORIS tracked in the three path, faded entering the far turn and was done early.
