Footnotes
MISSION RIVER leaned in and bumped a rival at the start, stalked two wide, bid along with an outer pair around the far turn, dueled with a single outer rival in upper stretch, sparred gamely through the final furlong and narrowly prevailed. PATCH O'BRIEN was jostled between horses at the start, then steadied when put in tight between horses by an inner rival into the first turn, settled off of the pace while shifting out to the four path around that bend, advanced to offer a four wide bid around the far turn, dueled gamely with an inner rival through the lane but narrowly missed. POLAR BEAR PLUNGE set a clear pace around the first turn, met a trio of outer challenges around the far turn, gave way to a pair of bidders entering the lane, then repelled show bidders in midstretch. COULDITBEMAJIC broke a step slow, leaned out and hampered a pair of outer rivals into the first turn, pursued from midpack along the inside, chased the leading quartet from the two path around the far turn, moved between horses entering the lane, but yielded when put in tight among foes approaching the furlong grounds. MISTER MOSCATO tracked three wide, bid between horses around the far turn, gave way to the eventual top pair turning for home, lugged inwardly while vying for show leaving upper stretch and faded. TIVERTON bumped with an outer rival at the start, then checked back from pinched quarters between rivals into the first turn, trailed thereafter and got outrun.
