Footnotes
SCHIFTY'S HALOID lacked speed in the three path, rallied with a six wide circling sweep of inner foes nearing the lane, bid while shifting inwardly in upper stretch, led into the final furlong and drove clear. GOD OF WINE saved ground while tracking from midpack around the turn, tipped off of the inside to take aim two wide and between horses entering the lane, bid along with an outer foe in upper stretch, but failed to kick on with that one with a sixteenth to go. TWIRLING TROILLET tracked three to four wide, got outkicked by an outer rival while taking light contact from an inner foe in upper stretch, ran on into the final furlong, flopped back to his left lead while claiming show nearing the sixteenth pole and held that position from an inner bidder. DR KRINGLE was brushed by an outer rival at the start, lacked speed in the two path, inched closer turning for home in the three path, but was blocked behind traffic entering the lane in the four path, split foes and stayed on willingly between horses. ROUNDBALL ROCK bumped an inner rival leaving the gate, then steadied among foes passing the seven furlong pole, laid off of the pace in the three path, shifted out to the five path turning for home, got outkicked by an outer bidder entering the lane and lacked a re-rally. GOLD SEARCH brushed an inner rival at the start, showed the way leaving the chute, cleared an inner prompter with five furlongs to go, but was headed by a an outer pair of bidders in upper stretch and weakened. CRUISIN AND BOOZIN prompted along the inside before chasing the leader with five furlongs to go, pursued two wide and between horses around the turn, got floated out and brushed an outer rival in upper stretch then weakened. LUMIERE chased from midpack in the four path, faded with nine sixteenths to go and was done early. MORE THAN FIVE was bumped by an outer rival at the start, tracked two to three wide and between horses, but weakened entering the lane.
