Footnotes
TENNESSEE LAMB prompted outside of the leader and from the four path, vied down the backstretch, drew clear tucking to the two path with three furlongs to go and held sway from a pursuing foe while under a drive through the lane. ELKO COUNTY rated at the rear two wide, picked off rivals rallying in the four path around the far turn, gained place nearing the lane with multiple lengths to find and chased that one home to prove second best. CHURNING BERNI laid off of the pace along the inside, moved two wide and between horses into the far turn, advanced between rivals into the lane and was best of the rest. MAGNIFICENT RAGS pursued from midpack two wide, retreated to trail getting floated out to the four path around the far turn, entered the lane in the five path, shifted in and surpassed a tiring pair late. GREER'S GOLD tracked along the inside but gave way around the far turn. BABY AVERY set the pace while a bit keen in the two path into the first turn, led narrowly from an outer prompter down the backstretch, proved no match for that one nearing the three furlong pole, chased before drifting out entering the lane and weakened.
