Footnotes
BAYTOWN BOUJEE chased from midpack in the four path, crept closer around the turn, bid three deep in upper stretch, dueled into the final sixteenth and edged ahead. BLUE DAZZLER prompted inside of the leader before backing off to stalk with five furlongs to go, pursued from the three path around the turn, bid entering the lane, wrestled an advantage as an outer bidder joined the fray nearing midstretch, sparred with that one into the final sixteenth, but was bested and held place. SWEET STAR broke outwardly, laid off of the pace in the three path, shifted out to the five path in upper stretch and rallied while hanging on her left lead to gain show late. HIGH SUMMER broke outwardly, set the pace in the two path, got headed by a pair of outer bidders leaving upper stretch and gave way. ROMANY ROAD got floated out by an inner rival at the start, trailed in the four path and made little impact. SHARP SPEED broke inwardly while off a step slow, stalked along the inside and faded around the turn.
