Footnotes
EDDIE M broke a touch outwardly, stalked outside of the top pair, bid three deep turning for home and drove clear in upper stretch. SOARING BIRD stalked along the inside, awaited racing room from the pocket around the turn, managed to slip inside of a foe to gain place leaving the furlong grounds well after the eventual winner kicked clear, then closed in on that one late but was only second best. SUPREMELY vied for the lead with an outer rival around the turn, got outkicked by a wider bidder in upper stretch, yielded and lost place leaving the furlong grounds yet held show thereafter. PRINCIPE CARLO vied for the lead two wide, but got outkicked by an outer challenger in upper stretch and gave way. IMPROBABLE STORY lagged behind in the two path and got outrun.
