Footnotes
LADY ZETA tracked from inside, came out four wide and was put to urging at the top of the stretch, struck the lead about a sixteenth out and edged past under steady handling. PATRIA bumped with a rival at the start, soon moved clear, set the pace from just off the rail, was challenged in late stretch and yielded grudgingly. WONDER GIRL stalked in the second group, was between foes on the turn and encouraged along past the five-sixteenths, came out seven wide in upper stretch, ground on in the lane to secure show honors. JOKES UP tracked from inside mid-pack, asked for run at the quarter pole, came out off the rail at the top of the stretch, ran on to get the super. FAIRHOPECURLY was in behind runners mid-pack three to four wide through the turn, came out a bit for the drive, needed more. SPOILS OF WAR settled inside toward the back, came out in upper stretch, ran on mildly late. SPIRIT OF VICTORY bumped with a rival at the start, settled in the back half of the field, went three to four wide on the turn, came out leaving that bend then was guided back in to navigate traffic through the lane and finished willingly without being asked much in the lane. MATTITUDE was mid-pack early, made a mild advance between foes four to five wide on the turn reaching striking distance near the quarter pole, floated eight wide turning for home and weakened. DELIGHTFUL DIXIE was sandwiched between foes at the start, could see them all turning for home having settled at the back, swung nine to ten wide into upper stretch, passed some tired rivals late. MOOR STRENGTH chased up close outside a foe going mostly three wide on the turn coming out a bit turning for home and still in range, gave way and faded. PROSPECTIVE FORUM was inside foes but off the fence racing toward the back, moved nearer the rail to save ground on the turn but failed to make an impact. Z FIRST broke a step slowly, moved up outside, was forced five wide on the turn, came out wider while dropping back turning for home, faded in the stretch.
