Footnotes
TOO FAST FOR YOU was settled two wide early, advanced and ranged up four wide leaving the turn to make a bid, gained a short lead by the furlong marker and maintained a safe margin to the wire. ROADRUNNER THE CAT was away alertly and showed good early speed to set the pace and move to the inside, then was pressured by the five sixteenths but shook off that bid but was confronted by the winner leaving the turn and fought on gamely but was out-kicked by that rival. SPIRIT OF VICTORY was well rated along the inside and then was looking for room leaving the turn but was blocked by the three sixteenths to nearing the sixteenth marker and then found room and ran on but it was too late while besting the rest. OK BY ME staled the pace from the outside and made a two wide bid on the turn but faded in the final furlong. RAN THE RED was allowed to settle along the inside and cut the corner leaving the turn and then angled out for racing room but had no rally. CAJUN EXPECTATION was off a half a step slow, moved out to be three wide on the turn and came five wide off the bend but lacked a serious rally. NOSHUGFORPOP was outrun early and came two wide off the turn and was never a threat. BETSYLICIOUS chased the pace three wide and weakened.
