OUTER TURF FOR THREE YEAR OLDS AND UPWARD. No nomination fee. $2,500 to enter and $2,500 to start. Supplementary nomination of $10,000 (which includes entry and starting fees) may be made at the time of entry. $1,000,000; after payment of 1% to all owners of horses finishing sixth through last, 62% of the remaining purse shall be paid to the owner of the winner, 20% to second, 10% to third, 5% to fourth and 3% to fifth. Weights: three year olds 122 lbs. Older 126 lbs. Non-winners of a grade I over a mileo n the turf in 2025, allowed 2 lbs. A grade II at a mile or over on the turf in 2025 allowed 4 lbs. This race will be limited to fourteen (14) starters: eleven [11] North American starters and three [3] Non-North American starters, with up to four (4) all so-eligibles. Starters to be named through the entry box by the usual time of closing. Trophy to the winning owner. FORT WASHINGTON exchanged bumps with CAIRO at the start, then was reserved early and guided to the inside, trailed and waited patiently to the three furlong marker and eased out nearing the quarter pole and came six wide off the bend, then bumped again with CAIRO by the three sixteenths and closed well on the far outside and edged clear late to prove best under left handed crop urging. GRAND SONATA was settled two wide into the first turn, then settled along the inside and saved ground on the far turn and cut the corner leaving the bend and made a inside bid to vie for command by the furlong marker and ran on but was out-gamed late. INTEGRATION was rated along the outside and in the clear, three wide on the far turn and made a three to four wide bid leaving the turn to vie for command but the furlong marker but was out-finished by the top two. MYSTIK DAN moved out by the finish line the first time to track the leader two wide and continued that way to the far turn, made a two to three wide bid leaving the turn to vie for command between rivals but flattened out late. CAIRO (IRE) exchanged bumps with the winner at the start, settled three wide and advanced three to four wide on the far turn and made a four to five wide bid leaving the turn but was bumped by the three sixteenths and flattened out in the final furlong. TIME SONG set the pace on the inside while unchallenged to the quarter pole and then was headed leaving the turn and weakened in the lane. RUNAWAY STORM chased the pace on the inside and then tired on the far turn.
