GIOCOSO was well placed along the inside and sat the pocket to the quarter pole, waited for racing room and made a inside bid to get thru on the inside to vie for command by the furlong marker and kicked clear by the sixteenth marker and held SIMULATE safe late to prove best under a drive. SIMULATE steadied going into the first turn, then settled into stride while being reserved towards the inside, coaxed along leaving the five sixteenths and came four wide off the bane and tipped out to the far outside and closed well to get up for the place award late. ANTISOCIAL pulled two wide to promt the pace setter under a hard hold, made a two wide bid to duel for command nearing the quarter pole, came three wide and in between rivals off the bend and fought on to the furlong marker but was outfinished late losing the place award very late. ANEGADA was allowed to settle early making way to the inside, coaxed along and came two wide by the quarter pole but was blocked leaving the turn and then was in traffic leaving the furlong marker and then ran on late between rivals. DREAM ON broke outwardly at the break and then recovered and moved in to be settled on the outside three wide and made a four to five wide bid leaving the turn and loom boldly nearing the furlong marker but flattened out. MAUI STRONG set the pace on the inside and then was headed and dueled by the five sixteenths marker and then vied for command two wide off the bend and fought on to the furlong marker but faded late. END OF ROMANCE (IRE) was bothered at the start and off a beat slow, reserved early and saved ground on the far turn but lacked a rally. CAIRO CAPER tracked the pace two wide and made a three to four wide bid leaving the turn but weakened in the lane.
