Footnotes
DETERRENT broke to the outside, bumped rival, prompt the early leader under a hold, raced a bit wide into the upper stretch, exchanged bumps with McZ deep stretch, a steward inquiry and jockey objection was filed for interference through the stretch run and stewards ruled no change. MCZ settled early on racing in hand, moved up three wide through the turn, exchanged bumps near the sixteenth pole and kept on gamely to the wire. GRAMPS off a step slow, urged along from the inside, split rivals three deep near three sixteenths pole and kept on willingly to the wire. PICO PLAT bumped soundly at the start, unhurried early on, moved up four wide into the upper stretch and flattened out. WICKED BOSS forwardly placed to lay up close, raced four to five wide around the far turn and faded. FUNSTRUCK set a pressured early pace from the inside and tired readily.
