SQUALOTORO was outsprinted to the turn, stalked the pace through the backstretch, took advantage along the rail at the head of the stretch and won driving. TENNESSEE MOSES sent for outside speed then angled in quickly, drifted out in the backstretch, responded to a challenge from SQUALTORO but was outfinished. FED BOY cut the corner into the opening turn, chased inside, then swung out at the head of the lane, and closed gradually. ZIP IT WRIT trailed the field early, advanced wide in the final turn, and closed late. JUMP THE QUEUE was five wide into the opening turn, and lodged a late mild bid. IMPERIAL HORNET was bumped, then knocked off stride after the start, chased hard while four wide through the backstretch and had nothing left in reserved. WINTER FALCON shifted out to avoid traffic in the opening turn, and lacked a bid. PUMP THE BRAKES squeezed out early then checked hard, and chased throughout. VANTASTICCANAVERAL shied from TENNESSE MOSES then bumped into PUMP THE BRAKES, and faded gradually. TRAINER OBJECTION- An objection was lodged by the trainer of ZIP IT WRIT against the rider of FED BOY, alleging interference away from the gate; it was disallowed.
