TIGERITO veered in leaving the gate and the chute, trailed, drove four wide at the head of the lane, closed under urging and got up just in time. A MAN'S MAN contended the lead inside of PUMP THE BRAKES, dueled into the far turn, gained a slim advantage into the stretch and was caught. PUMP THE BRAKES pressed the early pace under a snug hold, matched strides outside of A MAN'S MAN, battled on under urging and was bested by a late closing TIGERITO. MY MUNNINGS MODEL allowed to settle off the dueling pacesetters, and lacked a closing response. HOLY EMPEROR was outrun.
