SMART PLAY led the way into the opening turn, was under pressure into the lane and was caught. KAUAI DAN brushed leaving, trailed, drove five wide in the final turn and secured a third place finish. SKIPPER'S PRIDE stalked the pace from the rail, urged along into the final turn, drove three wide and won driving. SILENT RUNNER sat in striking distance while three wide, and had nothing left in reserve late. SPACE chased between foes leaving the backstretch and faded. CLASSY CITY reserved early while four to five wide, and failed to threaten.
