PAPICHULO steadied into the opening turn, contested the early pace, disposed of the inside rival and won going away. FROSTEDBIRD was quickest to the opening turn, sat just off the pace along the rail, was unable to keep the pace with the eventual winner and held on for second. ARTISTIC JEWLER was reserved off the early pacesetters, chased three wide leaving the backstretch, and rallied late for show. AMEER rallied belatedly. TRAPEZE was in tight along the rail entering the opening turn, saved inside, chased five to six wide leaving the backstretch, and flattened. STEWARDS INQUIRY- An inquiry was conducted. After review, FROSTEDBIRD was disqualified and placed fifth for interference to TRAPEZE entering the first turn.
