Footnotes
BON PRIX vied outside for the early lead, showed the way leaving the backstretch, and was kept to task. LITTLE J P was three wide into the opening turn, tracked three to four wide in the backstretch, went in pursuit of the leader but was unable to reach the eventual winner. RUMOHR REIGNS saved inside early, drove four wide in the final turn, and finished up with energy. MAGNIFICENT MARIO late rally. EXAMINER steadied in traffic entering the opening turn, and bid belatedly. LINCHPIN STORM brushed leaving the gate, and offered little. READYTOTAPNSING lacked a response. BEHIND THE CURTAIN was outsprinted to the turn, chased two wide leaving the backstretch, stumbled losing the rider, did not finish and was taken off the track in the equine ambulance.
