Footnotes
BRODY'S PAL was crowded leaving the gate, prompted the early pace, inherited the lead and stayed clear. DR. DAVE was wide entering the opening turn, chased the pacesetters leaving the backstretch, rallied two wide and flattened out, late in the stretch. ALL RUN was three wide in the first turn, and closed belatedly to secure a third place finish. STONE CARVER vied outside for the early lead, held a slim advantage in the backstretch over BRODY'S PAL, was unable to move on with rivals entering the final turn and gave way. BARAK broke inward, and lacked a kick. NICE GUY EDDIE passed tiring rivals. IT'S A FACT lacked a clear path away from the gate, and was never involved. THALES jumped a shadow leaving the first turn, and was outrun.
