Footnotes
MAN AT THE PULPIT stumbled at the start, raced mid pack, swung wide entering the stretch, closed willingly and wore down STONE HOUSE to get up near the wire. STONE HOUSE moved up along the rail, assumed command into the turn, drew off for a clear lead and was caught near the wire. FANCY LIKE THAT broke a step slowly, lagged early, closed steadily and was gaining late. JUST KEN pressed the pace while racing between horses, dropped back on the turn, continued willingly to the wire and didn't have enough late,. SWABY raced wide early, was void of early speed and improved position in a steady effort. PRENTON was not a factor. THUNDER GOLD vied to the turn, dropped back and stopped to a walk. CONGAREE COCO set a pressured pace, dropped back into the turn and stopped.
