Footnotes
BON PRIX got fractious in the gate, vied for the lead inside, came under a ride midway around the turn, dug in gamely while dueling with an outer foe down the lane, drifted out in the final sixteenth, but inched ahead late. BOOTIFUL ROSE dueled for the lead in the three path, continued under confident handling around the turn, was roused in upper stretch, fought on while dueling with an inner foe into the final furlong, but got herded outward in the final sixteenth, and repelled late. CREDIBILITY steadied in the two path early, chased from the four path into the turn, swung from the six path into the lane, and rallied late outside of foes for show. SNAP COUNT trailed in the four early before angling to the rail going into the turn, came under pressure midway around the turn, and kept on along the inside down the stretch. PUMP THE BRAKES stalked in the two path, was coaxed along in the four path around the turn, but was one paced in the five path down the lane. AN OBJECTION LODGED BY THE RIDER OF BOOTIFUL ROSE AGAINST THE RIDER OF BON PRIX FOR INTERFERENCE IN THE STRETCH WAS DISALLOWED.
