FOR TWO-YEAR-OLDS. A fee of $100 required to nominate. A payment of $500 is required to pass the entry box and an additional $400 is required to start. The purse will be divided $30,000 to the owner of the winner, $10,000 to the second place finisher, $5, 000 to the third place finisher, $2,500 to the fourth place finisher and $1,000 to the fifth place finisher. A payment of $500 will be paid to all horses who start and finish 6th or worse. Starters to be named through the entry box by the closing time ofe ntries. The field will be limited to 12 starters. Preference will be given to those horses with the highest earnings. A trophy will be presented to the winning owner. Colts and Geldings : 122 lbs. Fillies : 119lbs. Maidens allowed 3 lbs.

BIG CURL hustled away, ranged up three to four wide at the quarter pole, rallied at the head of the stretch outside of RELAXGODITRAMONE, and drove clear. RELAXGODOITRAMONE sent for outside speed, gradually crossed over on the field to set the pace, held a good advantage into the final turn, and lacked the rally needed. HIWAY FORTYNINE broke inward, saved from the rail, swung four wide and closed steadily through the stretch. KAMAL was five to six wide leaving the backstretch, and lacked a kick. PLAYFUL hurried inside, stalked the pace into the far turn, and faded into the stretch. SOUND OF APPLAUSE hustled away, and failed to threaten. DAZ LIN COMMAND lacked a clear path leaving, and trailed throughout.
