BIZ BABE zipped to the front to show the way through the backstretch, saw margins decrease in the far turn, responded to a looming threat from RISING STRONG, and held under a strong hand ride. MYSTIC SALLY tracked four wide, was asked to quicken in the final turn, moved up menacingly, rallied three wide and inched clear for place honours. RISING STRONG reserved off the early pace, moved up closer in the far turn, chased the leader into the stretch, rallied two wide and was outfinished for second. H K MIMI rallied belatedly and missed. SOLAR FORCE saved and lacked a solid bid.
