THOUGHT PROCESS stalked from inside into the first turn, was keen to go on around the bend, split foes and went up to press the leader into the backstretch, backed off to stalk again in the middle stages, applied pressure again at the three-eighths pole, took the lead with a quarter mile remaining, kicked clear in upper stretch, drifted out but held comfortably under a tap of right handed urging and flagging from the crop in the last sixteenth. CASALU tracked inside to two wide on the clubhouse turn, drew closer between rivals into the far turn, took aim three wide turning for home, moved out chasing determinedly in the second but could never reach the winner. WILL THEN allowed to settle near the back on the inside, remained on the fence to the stretch, move into striking distance in upper stretch, lacked the needed late punch but was able to earn the show honors. FIRENZE FLAVOR reserved outside a rival two to three wide early on, ridden along two wide on the second bend, steered out in upper stretch and kept on to round out the superfecta. JUNGLE PEACE (IRE) broke well then rated behind the leader into the first turn, tugged closer in the middle stages, chased two wide into the drive and flattened in the late stages. AS CATCH CAN trailed two wide then found the rail early, saved ground through the second bend, moved out a bit in the lane and could not threaten. MISO PHANSY traveled two to three wide towards the rear in the opening stages, rounded the far turn two to three wide as well, moved out in the lane and failed to rally. SILENT LAW sprinted to the front and crossed to the inside, took pressure into the backstretch, moved clear again approaching the nine-sixteenths pole, dueled around the far turn, lost command at the quarter pole and gave way in the lane. AMORITA moved right before the gates opened to break a bit slow, rated two then three wide on the clubhouse turn, chased three deep on the second bend, spun four wide into the lane and tired.
