RASTAMAN VIBE stalked along the inside in hand, followed behind the leader to the top of the stretch, tipped out and launched a bid in upper stretch, took over midstretch and drove clear. TIME SONG stepped to the front and moved inside, set all the pace to the stretch, asked right handed while taking pressure from RASTAMAN VIBE in upper stretch, drifted out past the eighth pole, lost command shortly after and held second. SPYCATCHER was a bit rank in the early going when reserved on the inside, angled out on the final turn and chased five wide into the lane, rallied into contention but lacked the needed late punch in deep stretch. ZALAMO (FR) tracked the pace from inside, tipped out at the quarter pole, came three wide into the lane, chased between rivals in upper stretch, angled inward in the final furlong and finished willingly. RODRIGOKNOWS sat off the pace in the two path, moved inside first time in the stretch, crept closer still saving ground on the third turn, kept on trying down the lane but needed to find more. UNCLE HAPPY stalked the pacesetter outside a rival, crept closer on the backstretch, was closest in pursuit still in the two path turning for home but weakened in the drive. KAWAZAKI (IRE) unhurried three deep then angled to the rail on the first turn, saved ground on the second bend, asked three, then four wide on the far turn and lacked a rally. SMOOTH SALUTE tucked inside at the back of the pack, trailed next to the fence to the stretch and passed a tired rival. CAMERON SLOUGH tracked three then two wide on the first turn, remained two wide to the final bend, angled four wide while being asked but tired in the drive.
