HALO UNCLE raced in range two wide into the turn, chased between rivals then off the rail in the two path on the turn, moved out and closed in under left-handed urging, drew alongside the THE BIG CHEESEOLA in the final fifty yards and got up. THE BIG CHEESEOLA was closest in pursuit up the backstretch, bid from outside on the turn, took over at the top of the stretch, carried a short lead into the final sixteenth and could not hold off the winner. GAVEA took some contact in the beginning, chased three deep then outside a rival into the turn, moved out and exited the bend in the four path, put in a late run and got up for third. BLUE CHEESE OLIVE sprinted to the front and led up the backstretch, took pressure on the turn, fought head to head leaving the bend, lost command at the top of the lane, stayed on well from inside and got edged for third. HAVOC got bumped between rivals at the start, raced in range three deep to the turn, driven three wide into the stretch and lacked a bid. EREBUS coaxed along the inside near the back early, came under a ride approaching the turn, eased over to the two path around the bend, tipped out into the stretch and lacked a rally. ST BOADIN trailed two wide into the turn, moved out in the lane and was never a factor. BOBBY'S ALIBI bumped outer rival leaving the gate, lacked early quickness, went three to four wide on the turn and could not make an impact. THE KEY IS UNITY chased the speed inside a pair of rivals, started to weaken on the turn and tired down the lane.
