BOURBON AND GINGER forced the early issue while well in hand, dropped back a bit early on the turn, roused then re-engaged pacesetter, gained control into the stretch, kicked clear under urging and held enough left to hold off late bid of GRANDMA MARY. GRANDMA MARY stalked pace from along the rail, waited for room on the bend, shifted out for room exiting the turn then closed strongly in the final sixteenth, just running out of room. UMBRALLE sped to the front, set pressured pace from the inside, inched away early on the turn, had that lead dissolve and was overtaken in upper stretch but clearly proved next best. JASMINE was off step slow, chased from the inside, continued along the rail on the turn, advanced some, came out and was three wide into the stretch and weakened bit late. SEPARATOR chased three or four wide to the far turn, caught three deep early on the bend, came out further leaving the turn, then angled inward through the stretch. ROCCABELLA bumped with outside rival at the start, traveled bit off the rail while void of early foot, came out in upper stretch and never menaced. MISSTRIAL stumbled and bumped at the break, stalked between foes then three wide, dropped back entering the stretch and faded through the lane. GOLDEN TWO STEP reserved from off the rail, chased from between foes, remained three wide and also weakened.
