Footnotes
AWESOME RHYTHM had his path taken in opening strides, settled off the pace while angling inside, tucked in behind dueling leaders, moved up around the turn, took aim in drive, split foes passing sixteenth marker, edged away and safely held. WAYNE THE BRAIN chased from the outside, continued four to five wide to the stretch, closed from the outside under strong urging and was along in final yards for second. GOOD WITH PEOPLE between foes early moved up three wide, continued to close on leaders to the stretch, took over in the lane but flattened a bit late and lost the place. SOUTHERN GENTLEMAN was off bit slow then sent up from the inside, gained lead, set pressured pace into and around the turn, relinquished control and weakened in late stages. FIRMUS broke out and brushed, climbed early and dropped back in early going, traveled in the two path on the turn, shifted out four wide, and was no threat. GRUBAUER vied from between foes into the turn, forced the pace on the turn outside pacesetter, lost contact with lead pack into the lane and weakened. TAPATIO LEO dueled three deep early then prompted the pace from the outside, dropped back around the bend, came six wide into the stretch and tired.
