Footnotes
FORMULA ROSSA got bumped on both sides at the start, stepped to the front and controlled the pace from a bit off the rail up the backstretch, challenged by JENSCO into the turn, disposed of that rival nearing the quarter pole, opened up under hand urging in upper stretch and coasted in late. WISHTHEYALLCOULDBE broke a step slow, angled inward trailing the field, angled off the fence around the bend, came three wide into the drive, brushed with outer rival in upper stretch and finished willingly for a clear second. JENSCO raced up close three deep, bid two wide leaving the backstretch, could not keep up past the five-sixteenths pole, chased two then three wide into the lane, then weakened but managed to save third. GRIDLOCK bumped inner rival at the start, chased between runners to the turn, came under a ride in the two path and lacked the needed response. SO THERE SHE WAS bumped outer rival at the start, followed within striking distance then lost some ground past the half-mile pole, coaxed along three then four wide on the turn, brushed with inner rival at the top of the lane and weakened. LUCKY BURGLAR broke well then took a stalking position on the inside, lost ground around the bend and tired.
