MAGICAL MISS chased the top pair two wide into the turn, challenged three deep at the quarter pole, fought four deep into the lane, dueled outside NATURALLY BLONDE from upper to midstretch and drove clear. NATURALLY BLONDE tracked from inside into the turn, launched a rail bid leaving the bend, dueled inside MAGICAL MISS to midstretch and got outkicked in the final sixteenth. MENDELSSOHNS ANGEL chased from off the pace two wide leaving the backstretch, gained along the rail around the bend, finished willingly down the lane and earned the show honors. SACRED SOUND broke a step slow, unhurried in the opening stages, moved to the two path, roused on the turn, exited the bend in the three path, angled out in the lane and summoned a mild rally to round out the superfecta. PENNY WORTH traveled three deep towards the back, angled to the fence on the turn, moved out in upper stretch, ran into traffic and altered back inside midstretch and could not threaten. MIA PIA raced outside a pair of rivals in midpack, navigated the turn three then two wide, bumped with a rival midstretch and lacked a rally. SHE'S A ONE OF ONE followed in range outside a rival, tipped four wide leaving the bend and weakened. BUZZ THE TOWER challenged for command from outside up the backstretch and around the turn, got floated out a bit and put in tight entering the lane, bumped with outer rival midstretch and weakened. HONEY JO chased from off the pace and moved inside, drifted out a bit and steadied inside a rival at the three-eighths pole, was getting out again and steadied once more at the quarter pole, then failed to threaten in the lane. TRICKIFULT dueled from inside, drifted out a bit exiting the turn and lost command, yielded in upper stretch and faded. DON'T ASK WY broke a step slow, trailed on the inside and was outrun.
