RIBBONS set all the pace from inside, met a pair of bids at the eighth pole, fought with AMBAYA in deep stretch and gamely prevailed. AMBAYA hopped at the start and lost a couple lengths, settled on the inside, moved into range leaving the backstretch, bid between runners at the eighth pole, dueled outside RIBBONS in deep stretch and got denied. THE MIZEN QUEEN (IRE) stalked the pacesetter from the rail, followed behind leader on the far turn, tipped two wide late on the bend, bid three deep with a furlong remaining but flattened out in the final sixteenth. LILA brushed leaving the gate, raced along the inside towards the rear, steadied past the three-eighths pole, lacked room and bumped with outer rival at the quarter pole, showed late effort down the lane and rounded out the superfecta. RESOLVE unhurried in the early going and steered to the two path, rounded the far turn three then four wide, tipped out at the top of the lane and improved position. TAKE ANOTHER CARD sat off the pace in the two path, bumped with LILA at the quarter pole, paused while awaiting room in upper stretch and failed to threaten after. CAT THE CONFIDANTE (IRE) broke out and brushed, raced near the back along the inside, went two wide into the far turn, spun five wide into the lane and lacked a rally. HEY LIL LADY traveled three deep off the pace, was asked three then four wide on the far turn and weakened in the drive. TIGERISH rated in the two path stalking the pacesetter, roused on the far turn, chased three wide into the lane and faded in the lane. POLYTHENE PAM tracked two wide in the early going, chased within striking distance between foes at the quarter pole and tired in the stretch run.
