KAHUNA MAGIC unhurried in the beginning, advanced along the rail through the turn, angled out in upper stretch, inhaled the runner-up at the sixteenth pole and won going away. DEVIL AMONG US showed keen early foot under pressure, cleared approaching the far turn, opened up around the bend, remained clear to midstretch, then got reeled in by the winner at the sixteenth pole and finished a clear second. EREBUS tracked out of range off the rail, took the turn two then three wide and gained the show honors. HONEYMOON SUITE raced up close from inside early, chased two wide into the stretch, moved out and weakened in the final furlong. ROGUE SON lacked early speed, asked three then two wide around the bend, steered out in the lane and was never a factor. LETSHAVEONEMORE fractious in the gate, dropped back off the pace in the early going, raced three deep at the half-mile pole, angled in on the turn and was never a factor. ALWAYS ON CAY pressed from outside up the backstretch, lost contact with the leader at the seven-sixteenths pole, started to weaken in the two path around the bend and tired down the lane. BONUS TORNADO chased off the inside, dropped back three wide on the turn and had little left for the stretch run.
