MOHAVEN tracked three deep, launched a bold bid leaving the turn, came in a bit and bumped with CASHED with three-sixteenths to run, was straightened away and kicked clear. CASHED opened clear to control the tempo, came out a bit and bumped the winner leaving the three-sixteenths pole, was unable to go on the that one, but stayed on to preserve the runner up spot. LIBERATION attended the pace four wide, offered her bid entering the lane, but lacked the needed late response. MISS KONA broke slow, settled well back, moved up between rivals on the turn, angled out into the stretch and improved position. TOO SASSY was close up between horses through the turn, angled out to be clear in the stretch, but weakened in the drive. CARA ROSE settled between horses, came four wide but lacked a response when called upon. PASALUBONG was allowed to settle, tucked in on the turn, got through but came up empty in the stretch. MY KAT settled saving ground, was caught in tight, steadied nearing the five-sixteenths pole, shifted out for room, but showed little thereafter. CRUNCHY was unhurried and never a factor. LINO'S ANGEL was restless in the gate, broke in the air and had the jockey lose both irons, quickly recaptured the irons, rushed up between horses, but came up empty on the turn and retreated. STRONG MORALS broke a step slow, moved into contention between foes, but was through after a half and dropped out. The Stewards conducted an inquiry into the bumping incident involving MOHAVEN and CASHED near the three-sixteenths pole, but following the review made no changed to the order of finish.
