Footnotes
RED FLAG was unhurried into stride, advanced between rivals down the backstretch and into the bend, reeled in the leaders swiftly nearing the quarter pole, split horses and forged command approaching the three-sixteenths marker, shook clear and was kept to task. SKINNER settled towards the tail of the field, worked his way forward through the turn, circled into the stretch five wide, kicked on willingly but failed to seriously menace the winner. ZEUS' WAR stalked in hand off of the inside, joined the vanguard four wide leaving the turn, but weakened slightly in the drive and settled for the minor award. VLAHOS dueled hard along the inside to the stretch and gave in. NAVY MAN settled off of the inside, came in a bit and snugged up BOLT AT MIDNIGHT near the quarter pole, shifted out leaving the turn but failed to make headway. DOTHRAKI was allowed to settle on the outside and was never a factor. BOLT AT MIDNIGHT contended along the inside, weakened midway through the turn, was caught in tight and steadied when NAVY MAN came in nearing the quarter pole and came up empty thereafter. CAPTIVATING BOY dueled on the outside through the turn, was collared between foes entering the stretch and dropped out.
