CHASING LIBERTY brushed while chasing four deep into the first turn, moved into the three path around the bend, stalked the top pair from outside up the backstretch, bid three deep on the far turn, took over near the eighth pole, cleared midstretch and held off the TEST SCORE in the final strides. TEST SCORE raced in three deep in midpack early on, bumped with inner rival at the three-eighths pole, bumped again at the five-sixteenths marker, remained three wide to the stretch, moved in then back out while starting to close in, rallied inside the winner late but could not get by. CAVALLO BAY (GB) lost path briefly then moved up quickly between rivals while making contact, had to steady around the clubhouse turn, raced in range three deep in hand up the backstretch, spun four wide into the lane, summoned a mild rally and gained third. SCIPIO got put in tight and had to take up early, moved inside then to the two path on the first turn sitting off the pace, ran up on heels leaving the backstretch, checked behind a rival again at the five-sixteenths pole, cut the corner into the lane and finished full of run to earn a minor award. MI BAGO pulled early and bumped between rivals into the first turn, stalked in the two path, exited the far turn three wide, raced cautiously between rivals midstretch, then finished willingly once in the clear. FLOODLITES pressed the pace from outside before heading inner rival, dueled around the far turn and into the lane, bumped in upper stretch, fought between briefly into the final furlong, then weakened in deep stretch. SABERTOOTH reserved on the inside, steadied and bumped with outer rival at the five-sixteenths pole, continued along the rail to the stretch, moved out in the lane and kept trying to the wire. ARTISLAS tucked inside near the back, chased between at the seven-sixteenths pole, steadied a bit with three furlongs remaining, traveled three deep at the quarter pole and offered a mild response when called upon. SMASH IT checked off heels early, pulled around the first turn, stalked along the inside up the backstretch, tipped two wide into the lane and lacked a rally. SNOWDONIA allowed to settle at the back and angled inward, was forced to check past the seven-sixteenths pole, angled out into the lane, split foes in upper stretch and improved position. KALE'S ANGEL cleared quickly and crossed over to the inside, took pressure around the clubhouse turn, dueled up the backstretch and second bend, fought gamely to the eighth pole, then faded in the late stages. SUPA SPEED bumped with inner rival leaving the gate, got put in tight and checked early, settled between rivals, drew closer on the backstretch, checked at the three-eighths, five-sixteenths and three-sixteenths poles and rightfully weakened in the lane. UNCLE DUDE reserved in the early going and moved from the four path down to the two path on the clubhouse turn, chased three then four deep on the second bend and failed to menace. TIZ HAPPY pulled early, traveled three deep well off the pace early, four deep on the backstretch, remained wide to the lane and weakened.
