Footnotes
HOPE ROAD was away in good order, tucked in and controlled the pace along the inside, turned back SADDLE UP JESSIE leaving the quarter pole, opened clear into the lane, was kept to task and held sway. ALPHA BELLA tracked the leader along the inside, commenced her bid approaching the quarter pole, shifted out and took aim on HOPE ROAD entering the stretch, kicked on well but was unable to reach the winner. DESERT DAWN threw her head at the start and came away slowly, was unhurried and settled saving ground, came under a ride into the second turn, circled five wide into the stretch and was making up ground well. SUN OF HILL (BRZ) was hustled along on the inside within striking distance, got through but toiled fruitlessly through the lane. VICTORIOUS forwardly placed three wide, was caught in tight in traffic nearing the three-sixteenths pole, steadied and came up empty thereafter. SADDLE UP JESSIE prompted the pace outside through the second turn and dropped out.
