BALLYHOOLIGAN stepped to the front and angled to the inside, pressured by a pair of rivals around the clubhouse turn, fought head to head up the backstretch, kicked clear around the far turn, opened up under hand urging, widened in the lane and was geared down approaching the wire. UNCLE EVCO pressed the pace outside a pair of rivals around the first turn, vied three deep up the backstretch, could not keep up with the winner around the far turn, chased three wide into the lane and bested the rest. BROTHER BROTHER pressed between then moved up on even terms on the backstretch, lost touch with the winner at the five-sixteenths pole, chased two wide into the lane, weakened in the drive but managed to save third. LOOKIN FOR CURLY tracked on the inside then tipped two wide around the bend, raced inside a rival at the back in the middle stages, had two rivals beat saving ground to the lane, churned on down the stretch and missed third. NAUDESNOODLE got jostled and put in tight between rivals early, trailed two then three wide around the first turn, traveled outside LOOKIN FOR CURLY on the backstretch, continued at the back two wide then a bit off the rail into the lane and had little left for the stretch run. MONEY MITCH took a stalking position along the rail, coaxed along leaving the backstretch, went two wide into the far turn, tired around the bend, came four wide into the lane and had little left for the stretch run.
