FOWLER BLUE broke cleanly but lacked early speed and dropped back on the inside despite being coaxed along, continued under hand urging at the back to the far turn, steered out and came five wide into the lane, rallied five deep across the track into deep stretch and nailed TIASHAN in the closing moments. TAISHAN broke in the air to spot the field a few lengths, raced outside a rival at the back early, went two wide into the far turn, ridden along while angling out to the four path around the bend, challenged four deep into the final sixteenth, put a head in front while drifting inward late and got nailed by the winner. IT'S MY HOUSE grabbed the lead and showed the way three then two wide early, moved to the inside on the backstretch and took pressure from LEYAS CANDY, maintained a short advantage through the far turn, resisted to the sixteenth pole and yielded grudgingly to the top pair. JOINT VENTURE away quickly then took a stalking position on the rail, coaxed along into the far turn, shifted over to the two path around that bend, rallied between rivals in the final furlong but got crowded by TAISHAN late and bumped with LEYAS CANDY late, halting all momentum. LEYAS CANDY stalked the lone speed two wide early, applied pressure from outside in the middle stages, fought two wide to the stretch, hounded IT'S MY HOUSE to the sixteenth pole, then got bumped by JOINT VENTURE late but was already beginning to weaken.
