BIG DRINKER settled along the inside, moved into range in the middle stages, roused while shifting over to the two path on the far turn, challenged between rivals in upper stretch and dug in the last sixteenth to prove best. BOWTIE BOYS chased five then four wide on the first turn, remained wide into the second bend, asked while moving into the three path on the second bend, bid three deep in upper stretch, put a head in front midstretch but was outkicked in the final sixteenth. BERT'S PROSPECT sent between early and vied for command into the first turn, took a stalking position around the bend, angled four wide on the far turn, bid four deep in upper stretch, put a head in front briefly at the eighth pole, lost command shortly after and stayed on well outside the top pair in deep stretch. FROST ALERT vied four deep into the first turn then stalked the top pair outside a rival around the clubhouse turn, bid three deep at the half-mile pole, seized command at the three-eighths marker, cleared approaching the quarter pole, challenged by a trio of rivals in upper stretch, lost command with a furlong remaining and weakened in the last sixteenth. SUPERMAX lagged behind early, angled five wide around the far turn, passed tired rivals but failed to threaten. DO IT FOR DAVE traveled five wide near the back into the first turn, angled in around the bend, drew closer while moving back out on the backstretch, rounded the far turn four, five, then six wide and weakened in the lane. POP D'ORO vied three deep then dueled outside around the clubhouse turn, inched ahead at he five-eighths pole, fought between rivals into the far turn, lost command with three furlongs remaining and had little left for the stretch run. RHINO vied inside a trio of rivals into the first turn, pressed up the backstretch before moving up on even terms again, fought with outer rival to the five-sixteenths pole, failed to keep up with a quarter mile left to run and tired in the lane.
