Footnotes
BALTIC FIRE stalked between rivals, tipped three wide past the quarter pole, drew alongside the leader with a furlong left to run, seized command outside the sixteenth pole and held late. MOMENT'S PLEASURE tracked along the inside, tipped two wide past the quarter pole, moved out in the lane to launch a bid, challenged outside the winner late but lacked the needed final kick. SHOCKING GREY saved ground at the back, trailed to the stretch, altered out from behind rivals in upper stretch, rallied between rivals past the sixteenth pole and got outclosed for seconed. LADY CLAYPOOLE (IRE) settled in the two path between rivals, chased two then three wide on the far turn, lacked room and steadied into the stretch, angled out in deep stretch and finished willingly for a minor award. VENGANZA raced up close from inside, bid outside the leader with three furlongs remaining, took over late on the far turn, cleared in upper stretch, was soon challenged at the eighth pole, lost command near the sixteenth pole and yielded late. ULTIMATE HY stalked along the inside, chased two ide into the drive, followed between rivals in upper stretch, moved back inside and finished evenly. MS BRIGHTSIDE (IRE) stalked outside a pair of rivals around the clubhouse turn, chased three then four wide on the second bend and weakened. MONTJICA (FR) sped to the front and crossed over once in the clear, challenged by outer rival at the three-eighths pole, headed at the five-sixteenths marker, lost the lead late on the far turn and gave way in the lane. LAMPORGHINI sat off the pace three deep, stayed off the rail to the far turn, crept closer while easing further out and came five wide into the lane but had little left for the drive.
