Footnotes
TAKES THREE steered to the inside and settled in mid-pack, ran into traffic from the five-sixteenths to the quarter pole, chased two wide leaving the bend, ran into more traffic entering the lane, rallied between rivals and bumped with inner foe midstretch, fought inside BRAZENLY in the final sixteenth, dug in approaching the wire and won the bob. BRAZENLY traveled three then two wide around the clubhouse turn off the pace, asked three then four wide while in range on the far turn, rallied to the front at the eighth pole, met the challenge from TAKES THREE in the late stages, resisted into the closing moments and lost the bob at the wire. BIG GEORGE raced near the back on the inside, moved to within striking distance while continuing to save ground on the far turn, had to wait in traffic in upper stretch, then gained a clear path in the final furlong and gained the show honors. KERRY GOLD stalked in hand next to the fence, went inside rivals into the far turn, got boxed in behind the leader around the bend, found more traffic in upper stretch, angled out in the final furlong and kept on to round out the superfecta. DAZZLE THE COMMAND reserved three then two wide early, roused three then four wide on the second bend, offered a mild response and improved position. FLY THE SKY traveled along the rail at the back of the pace, saved ground to the stretch, angled out in the lane and also improved position. DONT FIGHT THE FED bobbled a bit leaving the gate, showed early speed between rivals then stalked in the two path around the clubhouse turn, bid between foes past the five-sixteenths marker, fought into the final furlong, bumped midstretch and weakened in the last sixteenth. I'LLHAVEANOTHERWON showed speed inside a pair of rivals then cleared on the first turn, controlled the pace up the backstretch, took pressure from a pair of rivals at the five-sixteenths pole, resisted to upper, lost command at the eighth pole, bothered by outer rival at the sixteenth pole and weakened. JACK SIXPACK showed early speed outside a pair of rivals then stalked in the three path, bid three deep past the five-sixteenths pole, could not sustain the challenge in upper stretch and weakened in the late stages. ENJOY IT STRAIT traveled outside a rival at the back of the pack, tipped into the lane, came up empty and was eased in the final furlong.
