Footnotes
HEY JESSIE stalked from inside, drew closer along the rail then took aim two wide into the lane, drew alongside LESS IS MORE midstretch and dug in late to edge the runner-up. LESS IS MORE cleared and steered over to the inside, controlled the pace up the backstretch, came under a ride on the far turn, challenged by HEY JESSIE midstretch, fought gamely in the final sixteenth but yielded grudgingly in the end. ORANGE THUNDER traveled three deep at the back, went two wide into the far turn, angled out and came four wide into the stretch, then kept on trying to best the others. TROPICAL RAIN DAY broke a step slow, settled inside rivals at the back, pushed on through the far turn, angled out in the lane and improved position. CO HEART stalked in the two path, dropped back out of range on the first turn, traveled two wide then along the rail on the far turn and lacked a rally when needed. OM N JOY stalked three wide around the first turn, roused while still three deep on the far turn and weakened down the lane. MRAZEK'S OLD DREAM unhurried and moved into the two path early, trailed outside a rival on the backstretch, continued two wide to the stretch, steered out in the lane and was never a factor. RENATUS forwardly placed in the two path, lost ground late on the far turn, faded in the lane and was eased in the furlong grounds.
