PENROD pursued in the three path and between horses into the turn, tracked before tipping out to the take aim on the new leader from the six path entering the lane, sustained progress to bid at the furlong grounds, edged past leaving the sixteenth pole and held from an outer challenger late. TIVERTON (GB) raced at the rear in the four path into the turn, improved position before fanning out to the seven path into the lane, rallied into contention outside of foes entering the final furlong, but drifted in slightly at the sixteenth pole, straightened out to sustain a late bid but needed more while reaching place at the wire. PRIORITY LANE tracked in the five path, ranged up to bid outside of the leading trio at the five sixteenth pole, forced an advantage entering the lane, met an outer challenge at the furlong grounds, was bested by that one with a sixteenth to go then got nailed for place. FLOTATION STATION sparred for the lead with an outer pair while remaining a path off of the rail around the turn, got headed by a wider bidder entering the lane, yielded in and held fourth between pursuers. WESTERN COMMAND raced forwardly along the inside early on, but was shuffled back inside of a rival leaving the five furlong pole, raced at the rear two wide and between horses into the turn, then moved up along the inside. CAPO LUIGI dueled for the lead between a pair of rivals while taking the turn in the three path, then yielded in upper stretch. VITEMENT prompted three deep, vied in the four path around teh turn, then between rivals turning for home and faded in upper stretch. BECK'S SPIRIT raced forwardly between horses briefly, but faded leaving the five furlong pole, weakened around the bend and was eased through the lane.
