Footnotes
BEACH GOLD settled well back along the inside, paused behind foes turning for home, rallied two wide and between horses into the lane, shifted in and sustained progress to bid inside of the top pair passing the sixteenth pole and kicked past. EPIC RIDE prompted three to two wide around the first turn, vied into and around the far turn, dueled with his inner counterpart through midstretch, but was outkicked by an inner bidder in the final sixteenth and secured place. ENCINO set the pace inside of a prompting foe, vied with that one around the far turn, sparred into the final sixteenth, but got outkicked by an inner foe late and yielded place. MERCANTE tracked two to three wide, chased the top pair from the four path in upper stretch and ran on evenly. TAKING CANDY tracked near the inside, then between horses around the far turn, shifted out to the five path into upper stretch and stayed on willingly. KOMOREBINO OMOIDE (JPN) stalked along the inside, then from the two path around the far turn, pursued moving to the three path in upper stretch but lacked a bid. GREEN LIGHT took back from between horses soon after the start, trailed in the two path into the backstretch, crept closer in the four to five path and outside of rivals around the far turn, but flattened out fanning to the six path entering the lane and failed to reach contention. ASPENITE raced off of the pace while tucking to the inside around the far turn, continued to save ground around the far turn but lacked a rally. OCELOT raced off of the pace three wide and faded between horses nearing the lane.
