Footnotes
ON TIME GIRL was briefly antsy in the post parade, brushed with an outer rival at the start, pressed two wide, bid nearing the lane, dueled into the final furlong and drew clear late. GLAM SLAM showed the way as the eventual winner applied pressure into and around the turn, dueled with that bidder in upper stretch, but got bested in the final furlong and safely lasted for place. JOKE MAKER raced off of the pace along the inside, then two wide and between horses at the three pole, progressed in the four path into the lane and ran on to edge show late. PRACTICALLY FAMOUS broke a bit outwardly, pursued from midpack three to two wide and between horses into the turn, claimed show at the five sixteenths pole, but proved no match for the top pair in upper stretch and lost show late. CORBET'S CRUSH tracked from midpack four to three wide into the turn, chased floating to the five path into the lane and was one paced thereafter. CLICK brushed with rivals on both sides at the start, laid off of the pace along the inside, surpassed an inner faltering foe turning for home and failed to menace. BOURBON NOTES bumped an inner rival at the start, stalked three wide but faded once floated four to five wide turning for home. KITTEN GLOVES transferred contact from an outer rival to an inner foe at the start, raced off of the pace two wide and between horses, steadied into the turn, chased while floating out to the five path at the three furlong pole and tired. QUEEN JUNO tracked along the inside, chased into the turn but faltered at the three furlong pole. GREER'S COMBO was awkward between horses at the five furlong pole, dropped back before steadying into the turn, trailed in the three to four path and got outrun. HOPEVILLE brushed with an inner foe leaving the gate before being bumped by an outer rival, steadied back between horses early on, raced at the rear two wide before steadying among foes again into the turn, then never got involved.
