SUE'S LITTLE ZING quickly claimed an uncontested lead to set a comfortable pace, kept to task through the finish, spotless cap to boot. AGAMI settled back to trail through the first turn, steadily advanced along the inside of the backstretch and far turn, improved for the place award but was no match for the winner. AVERI EVER AFTER raced not too far behind the pace, made no bid, weakened to third late in the stretch. CAJUN ACES settled off the pace, angled out five wide in the stretch to pass tiring foes. ANITA'S VISION opted to race in the middle of the pack three wide, failed to menace. DEBS PRAYER trailed after the first turn, gained a couple positions in the stretch. STRAWBERRY SUNDAE took a slight hop at the start, raced off the pace, made no impact. MISS KENNEDY tracked the pace three to four deep, began retreating in the far turn to be the last across.
