PRINCE DAY broke swiftly to claim a comfortable lead in the two path, began to open up in the far turn, was kept on task through the stretch to be much the best. GOLD GUNNER was off a step slow, raced off the pace, split foes at the quarter to enter the stretch four wide, picked off a couple rivals in to improve for the place award. FULL COMMAND stalked the pace three wide, unable to keep up with the leader in the stretch, weakened to third. MAX S positioned himself behind the pace on the inside, began moving up after exiting the first turn but took hold at the five eighths, continued on tracking the pace from the inside, weakened in the final furlong. CLASSIC SENSATION had a bit of an awkward start, trailed for most, eased across. TONKA TROUBLE was rated four wide not too far behind the pace, retreated at the quarter, eased across.
