BOTH SIDES bumped with an outer foe at the start, set the pace in the two path, was cued midway around the turn, kicked on to inch clear in upper stretch, and held sway. ROYAL POPPY tracked inside, was coaxed passing the quarter, steadied along the inside turning into the stretch, angled out to the three path passing the eighth pole, and ran on. MILES OF SMILES trailed in the three path, was driven around the turn, floated out to the eight path in upper stretch, and rallied for show. OLGA bumped with an inner foe at the start, prompted the pace in the four path, was ridden in the three path around the turn, but was one paced from the four path down the stretch. GALLOP D'HERMES stalked in the five path, was driven in the four path around the turn, swung from the six path into the lane, but flattened on her left lead. BE HERE NOW chased in the six path but weakened. AN OBJECTION LODGED BY THE RIDER OF ROYAL POPPY AGAINST THE RIDER OF BOTH SIDES FOR INTERFERENCE TURNING INTO THE STRETCH, AS WELL AS A STEWARDS INQUIRY, RESULTED IN NO CHANGE.
